Coffee & Mindfulness Morning

15th March 2021

To mark a year from the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we invited supporters to attend a virtual coffee & mindfulness morning. We began the session by sharing some stories from young people who bravely spoke about the implications of the pandemic on young peoples mental health.

We spoke regarding highlights over the last year, and throughout the adversities, young people’s creativity has thrived. We have seen more young people getting involved with our work through mentoring and volunteering programmes. Attendees also had the great opportunity to hear from Marcus, our very own mental health coach, to give some insight into some mindfulness techniques.

We received great feedback from attendees of our morning session, so stay tuned for more announcements shortly!
