On Friday 10th July, 1625IP Chief Executive, Dom Wood, was appointed as Deputy Lieutenant of the County and City of Bristol. Deputies are appointed to reflect the diversity of the County in terms of social range, community background, gender, ethnic mix and service to the community. The role of Deputy Lieutenant involves representing the Lord Lieutenant in his or her absence, including at local ceremonies and official events. On Friday 10th July, 1625IP Chief Executive, Dom Wood,  was appointed as Deputy Lieutenant of the County and City of Bristol.

Deputies are appointed to reflect the diversity of the County in terms of social range, community background, gender, ethnic mix and service to the community.
