Bristol Youth MAPS

Bristol Youth MAPS (Mediation, Assessment and Prevention Service) is an innovative new service due to open on 2 October 2017. In an exciting new development, Bristol City Council have commissioned a youth housing hub to prevent youth homelessness in the city.

Bristol Youth MAPS will focus on the prevention of youth homelessness by working with young people who present as homeless or at risk of homelessness, to help them to remain in or return to their family home where it is safe to do so. It will also help young people to find safe accommodation where it's not safe to return home, or when attempts to do so are unsuccessful.
