1625 Independent People Media Consent Form

A key part of our work is influencing our communities and showing them value of our work. We want to share good news about the positive things you’ve done, or share information to help us promote a service.

1625 use

The best way to show the value of the work of the charity is through images, photos, quotes, case studies and/or films of the young people we support, shared on our platforms such as: our website, social media, presentations, newsletters, funding bids, in printed materials, and more. Please tick below if you are happy to share your images, photos, quotes, case studies and/or films on these platforms described.

Third party use

We often want to share these images, photos, quotes, case studies and/or films with third parties, for them to use on their platforms. Third parties can include funders, community services, housing associations, local authorities and local, regional and national media. Please tick below if you allow third parties to use these images, photos, quotes, case studies and/or films.

We will only use these images, quotes, case studies and/or films for positive promotional purposes and will not mis-represent you or the event in anyway.  Find out how we are committed to protecting your data, upholding your rights and our data retention policy in our Privacy Notice.
