We can only work with people aged 22 – 24 who have significant support needs, which would mean that an adult focused service would not be suitable. We can suggest adult homeless services listed here.

This check list is to be completed by agencies when referring cases 22-24 years old where they meet the criteria set out in the checklist below.

Referrals should only be made where youth specific support / accommodation is likely to lead to the best outcome.

The referring agency needs to know the young person well enough to verify the information set out in the checklist below.
