- We work closely with public services to ensure joined-up, strengths based approaches to supporting young people and we receive vital local authority funding for many of our supported housing projects, providing a safe place for young people to live.
- We work in partnership with trusts, foundations and businesses without whom we would be unable to provide the holistic support and trusting relationships that are so important to young people. This includes support accessing jobs and education, mental health support, innovative move on projects, peer support, informal learning activities and much more.
- We work with education providers, local charities and community organisations to deliver training and activities based on young people’s interests.
- We’re strongly engaged with partnership boards, local and national organisations to ensure the effective use of resources, influence strategy, ensure the voice of young people is heard and to represent the voluntary sector.
- We partner with businesses and universities to harness shared skills and resources, offer employment opportunities for young people, provide mentoring and support our work through pro-bono support and fundraising.
- We work with many individual professionals – such as clinicians who offer expert psychologically based support to young people and colleagues.

- Reboot West, funded through the Department of Education’s Social Care Innovation Programme to improve outcomes for care leavers and delivered in partnership with Bridges Fund Management, four local authorities and the West of England Combined Authority
- Woodleaze, our high support project in Yate for care leavers, brought about in partnership with Brighter Places and South Gloucestershire Council
- Future4Me to support care and custody leavers, involving 4 Local Authorities, Youth Offending Teams, the Youth Justice Board and partner charities. Our project won the National Lottery Award 2015 (UK’s Best Charity Project)
- Bristol Youth MAPS, our youth homelessness prevention project, bringing together 1625ip colleagues and Bristol City Council Social Workers and Housing Officers, co-located in the city centre
- Our partnership with Andrews, winning the Business Charity Award 2017 for our care leaver projects
- Our partnership with the OVO Foundation, delivering affordable shared accommodation with career support through the Future Builders programme
- Working with Brighter Places, Bristol Students Union, Bristol University and Bristol City Council to create LaunchPad, an innovative housing solution that brings students, key workers and young people together
- Courses including Maths and English sessions for young people in partnership with local colleges – providing tailored entry-level, Level 1, Level 2 courses
- First Aid training with the Red Cross to provide functional skills learning
