D\u00e9couvrez son parcours dans notre dernier blog \u00ab\u00a0B\u00e9n\u00e9vole \u00e0 l&#039;honneur\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu'est-ce qui vous a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir b\u00e9n\u00e9vole ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J&#039;ai postul\u00e9 comme b\u00e9n\u00e9vole aupr\u00e8s de 1625 car je souhaitais donner en retour \u2013 \u00eatre utile \u00e0 une organisation et offrir mes comp\u00e9tences et mon temps. C&#039;est aussi l&#039;occasion de perfectionner mes comp\u00e9tences et d&#039;apprendre quelque chose de nouveau. J&#039;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat ailleurs et je voulais recommencer, car aider une cause me passionne. C&#039;est agr\u00e9able de faire quelque chose pour rencontrer et \u00e9changer avec des gens que je ne rencontrerais peut-\u00eatre pas autrement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment 1625 vous soutient en tant que b\u00e9n\u00e9vole ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je suis surprise d&#039;apprendre que je suis b\u00e9n\u00e9vole pour 1625 depuis un an\u00a0; je n&#039;en avais pas l&#039;impression. J&#039;ai une bonne ambiance \u00e0 1625, tout le monde est accueillant. J&#039;appr\u00e9cie de faire du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Sean (r\u00e9ception et administrateur du si\u00e8ge social), il est tr\u00e8s d\u00e9contract\u00e9 et donne de bons conseils.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelle diff\u00e9rence et quel impact le b\u00e9n\u00e9volat a-t-il pour vous ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J&#039;ai eu l&#039;occasion de rencontrer des gens et cela m&#039;a encourag\u00e9 \u00e0 sortir et \u00e0 apprendre de nouvelles choses. Depuis que je suis b\u00e9n\u00e9vole, j&#039;ai appris \u00e0 tester des appareils portables et \u00e0 effectuer des contr\u00f4les r\u00e9guliers de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les bureaux.
