Votre place au sein du conseil d'administration nous aidera \u00e0 apporter une nouvelle perspective et des id\u00e9es nouvelles, en plus de celles des administrateurs actuels.\u00a0<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI';\"><strong>\u00c0 propos du r\u00f4le<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI';\">En tant qu'administrateur, vous utiliserez votre exp\u00e9rience, vos connaissances et vos comp\u00e9tences pour travailler en collaboration avec l'\u00e9quipe de direction de l'organisation afin d'atteindre les plus hautes normes de services au sein de 1625ip. Votre approche robuste et approfondie aidera 1625ip \u00e0 avoir un impact maximal et \u00e0 renforcer sa r\u00e9silience.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI';\">Un administrateur existant apportera son soutien aux deux candidats retenus, tout au long du processus. Cela implique :<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI';\">Discussions pr\u00e9alables aux demandes pour en savoir plus<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI';\">Aide \u00e0 la candidature<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI';\">La possibilit\u00e9 d'observer 2\/3 des r\u00e9unions du conseil d'administration\/des comit\u00e9s avec votre mentor avant de d\u00e9cider de poursuivre.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI';\">R\u00e9unions 1:1 avec votre mentor avant les r\u00e9unions du conseil d'administration pour passer en revue la paperasserie et les r\u00e9unions de de-briefing qui suivent.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI';\">L'aide de votre mentor pour passer en revue les informations et les formalit\u00e9s d'inscription.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI';\">Soutien continu une fois que vous avez rejoint la Commission<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI';\">Votre mentor peut \u00e9galement vous donner des conseils sur d'autres aspects de votre vie, comme les options de carri\u00e8re, mais c'est \u00e0 vous et \u00e0 lui d'en convenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI';\">Il y a 6 r\u00e9unions par an, \u00e9ventuellement 2 \u00e0 4 r\u00e9unions suppl\u00e9mentaires du comit\u00e9 par an, un jour de cong\u00e9 et plusieurs \u00e9v\u00e9nements avec les jeunes qui utilisent nos services.
