ABRI et Inspired to achieve ont g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement financ\u00e9 un nouveau poste chez 1625 Independent People, celui de chef d'\u00e9quipe pour les services d'\u00e9ducation, d'emploi et de formation. Nous avons parl\u00e9 \u00e0 Ellis Rodrigues, qui a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e \u00e0 ce poste, de l'organisation caritative et de ce qu'elle pense de cette nouvelle opportunit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\"Chez 1625 Independent People, nous fournissons un logement et un soutien aux jeunes qui risquent de devenir sans-abri. En plus de soutenir les jeunes \u00e0 risque, nous les aidons \u00e0 surmonter les obstacles qu'ils rencontrent pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation, \u00e0 l'emploi et \u00e0 la formation, et pour s'y maintenir.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de mes nouvelles fonctions, je travaillerai avec une petite \u00e9quipe d'entra\u00eeneurs et d'agents d'engagement d\u00e9vou\u00e9s pour aider les jeunes \u00e0 s'engager dans l'\u00e9ducation, l'emploi et la formation. Je d\u00e9velopperai \u00e9galement des relations avec les employeurs locaux qui souhaitent soutenir nos jeunes en leur offrant une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle, une formation et m\u00eame des offres d'emploi comme des apprentissages ! Je suis tr\u00e8s enthousiaste \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e de travailler avec ABRI et Inspired to Achieve, qui ont \u00e9galement l'exp\u00e9rience du soutien \u00e0 leurs clients pour atteindre leurs objectifs d'ind\u00e9pendance et d'emploi \u00e0 long terme. Je pense que ce sera un excellent partenariat pour nous tous\".<\/em><\/p>\n
