Que se passerait-il si nous r\u00e9unissions des jeunes (en difficult\u00e9, \u00e9tudiants et jeunes travailleurs), si nous leur offrions un environnement sain et abordable o\u00f9 ils pourraient se sentir chez eux et si nous les aidions \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l'\u00e9tape suivante de leur carri\u00e8re ? Et si nous leur donnions une rampe de lancement ?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Investir dans la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration est l'un des meilleurs investissements que nous puissions faire.  Il y a deux raisons \u00e0 cela. Premi\u00e8rement, ils sont les futurs dirigeants et greffiers de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, de notre \u00e9conomie et de nos services. Deuxi\u00e8mement, il est beaucoup moins co\u00fbteux d'investir dans un jeune pour qu'il devienne une personne saine et prosp\u00e8re qui se prend en charge que dans le cas d'une personne qui n'est pas soutenue correctement \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce et qui se retrouve dans une spirale, en difficult\u00e9 et ayant besoin d'une aide critique.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un logement abordable et de bonne qualit\u00e9 est essentiel pour renforcer la r\u00e9silience d'un jeune, car l'environnement familial et l'argent contribuent grandement \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale.  LaunchPad cible de mani\u00e8re holistique les probl\u00e8mes dont nous savons qu'ils affectent la sant\u00e9 mentale : conditions (humidit\u00e9 et moisissures, absence de lumi\u00e8re naturelle), communaut\u00e9\/appartenance (les 16-25 ans sont les plus expos\u00e9s au risque de solitude) et accessibilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re. L'espace est un facteur important et, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la conception soign\u00e9e des pi\u00e8ces, le partenariat a pr\u00e9vu des espaces de vie g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, o\u00f9 les locataires peuvent cr\u00e9er un espace partag\u00e9 et une communaut\u00e9.  Le partenariat est impatient de voir comment la conception encourage un mode de vie plus communautaire qui aura un impact sur le bien-\u00eatre des locataires, en r\u00e9duisant l'isolement et en augmentant le sentiment d'utilit\u00e9 et d'avenir.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s une recherche approfondie, une planification et un soutien en place, la prochaine \u00e9tape est le lancement en septembre !
