Young Ambition

Young Ambition is a 1625ip initiative and bridges the gap for talented young people who have faced homelessness or are care leavers, into workplaces where they can fulfil their potential.

Why Young Ambition?

Our young people have faced significant challenges, such as overcoming homelessness or leaving care.  Young Ambition works with young people, initially prioritising those who have been working with 1625ip already, and who have the stability, motivation and ambition needed to engage in the workplace.

Opportunities in employment, education and training enable young people to develop workplace skills, and build the confidence needed to thrive. This leads to empowered individuals, succeeding in life and becoming key contributors to society.
