Transitions and Resilience Service
Following on from the successful Future 4 Me project, we are delighted to introduce 3 new specialist roles which will continue to develop our relationship based, trauma informed work with young people.
Healthy Relationships: working with young women who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness and experiencing domestic/sexual violence and abuse.
We are grateful to Homeless Link for funding this work.
Mental Health: relationship based support for young people with a mental health need.
Thanks to Bristol City Council and Big Lottery Fund for supporting our mental health work with young people.
Reducing Reoffending: relationship based support for young people aged 16-22 who are transitioning from youth to adult services, including those at risk of custody or leaving custody.
We are grateful to the Avon & Somerset Police and Crime Commissioner for supporting this work.
