What is a Sleep Out?

1625ip host an annual sleep out event where we, our friends, supporters and community sleep outside for a night in Bristol.  We do this to raise awareness of homelessness in the local area and to stand in solidarity with those who are homeless.  However it is by no means close to what many people experience.  There are currently 88,000 homeless young people in the UK and our vision is to change that.

Join us with a team of your friends!

As a charity, we rely on the support from generous donors and supporters.  The backing we have from donors enables us to provide a service that transforms lives, giving the next generation hope for the future.

This is a fantastic and fun way to raise money for 1625ip, and you can either join us for the evening or the whole night.  Why not get your friends together and bring a team?

N.B. Please add that you are interested in the Sleep Out in the additional comments box.

When and where?

The event will take place in November as we are part of the End Youth Homelessness campaign and this is when other members also have theirs.  We have not yet decided on the date but are looking forward to telling you soon!

The venue is also to be confirmed but will have facilities, first aiders on hand and some inside space if needed.
