• Hours per week : Full time 37.5 hours
• Contract type:  Permanent
• Pay: £19,819- 21,693 per year (NJC Scale 20-23, starting at the bottom of the scale)

The role

A fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their next challenging role. This is a great opportunity for someone who is an experienced administrator and needs more of a challenge!  If this is something you're looking for then this could be the PERFECT role for you!
You would be supporting the Senior Management Team by providing efficient and effective administration support to a management team with complex diaries and high priorities.
You would also get the opportunity to work close with the Board and committees of the charity, attending and taking minutes for Board meetings, maintaining board records and arranging Board events.
You would gain experience in assisting with the charity’s business and quality assurance management systems.
Our work is rooted in providing support in a Psychologically Informed Environment framework known as PIE. The team are very supportive of each other and through reflective practice we are always learning from our own and each other’s experiences.


A typical day will include:
• Attending meetings, ensuring that clear concise notes are taken and distributed accordingly in a timely fashion and expediting actions as appropriate.
• Interaction with all Senior Managers for proactive diary management and support.
• Being the centre point of reference for a dynamic Senior Management Team

About you

You have empathy and understanding of the needs of homeless young people, young people leaving care, and the barriers they face. You like being around and working with young people.
You will have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with our external partners.
You are experienced in diary management, taking minutes and dealing with queries on behalf of others.
There is a requirement to work flexibly as required, which will include occasional evening work.

You will be working in the Corporate Services Team and line managed by the Corporate Services Director.
