I worked in a residential treatment programme with clients in recovery.
What bit of your job makes you feel good at the end of the day?
A happy team working well together
What’s the hardest bit of your job?
Making sure each service gets the attention it needs.
If you could change one thing about Independent People what would it be?
I would have showers put in, to encourage staff to do more physical exercise.
Have you got any other talents (apart from your job!)
I love to swim & do so most days. Favourite tipple? (Doesn’t have to be alcoholic!)

Create Your Own pizza from ASDA. Stonebaked, 14" with Black olives, Cajun chicken, jalepenos, & garlic oil.
If you could be an animal what would it be?
A whale..

December Do you ever sing and when?
Yeah quite a lot, although I never remember the words so most people ask me to stop it. Or they join in :-)
What subject bores you the most when it come up in conversation at the dinner table?
Erm... that's a tough one. I usually nip things in the bud when they start to bore me. I love debates however, especially when I'm right.
Do you have any little quirks about you?
I'm a selective listener. It annoys many, especially my staff! (and my boss if I miss deadlines)
Where were you brought up?
