Who we can support

We can only only support people aged 16 to 25.
Who have a tenancy/rent agreement in their own name (this includes B&B, City Council, Housing Association or any private landlord)

How we decide who to support

The first thing we do when someone is referred to us is make an assessment to see if we are the best service for them. If we feel another agency would better suit support needs, we'll help link in with them too.

If we are able to offer support, they are given a dedicated support worker. Together they work out a support agreement which they agree and sign.

How to apply and forms

If you work for an agency and want to refer someone:

Fill in a Floating Support Referral Form (Word, 73Kb) or contact the Support Services Manager on 0117 317 8800.
