Mediation is used to help people to resolve / work out conflict within their housing and to stop people becoming homeless.
We are completely impartial (not on anyone’s side) and are not here to judge. Our aim is help you find a solution that is acceptable to all the people involved. This is what we call a win-win situation (everyone wins).
We offer a free and confidential service. There is no other project like it in Bristol, that offers mediation especially for those at risk of homelessness.
