Who we can support

We can only support people aged 16 to 25.
Who have a tenancy/rent agreement in their own name (this includes B&B, City Council, Housing Association or any private landlord)

How we decide who to support

The first thing we do when someone is referred to us is make an assessment to see if we are the best service for them. If we feel another agency would better suit support needs, we'll help link in with them too.

If we are able to offer support, they are given a dedicated support worker. Together they work out a support agreement which they agree and sign.

How to apply and forms

If you work for an agency and want to refer someone:

All referrals have to be on the Housing Support Register with Bristol City Council. If you are not sure, please call us and we’ll advise you.

If you're struggling to budget and at risk of losing your tenancy
If the area you live is unsuitable
