We provide more than just
housing
Our Housing Team support young people who live in our shared houses or self contained accommodation. We are so much more than a landlord. Once someone is living in one of our properties we then help them to adjust to living as an independent person. Everyone has a realistic support plan.
We provide
floating support
Floating Support is when someone is referred to us by another agency, maybe another housing association or the council. If they can't offer them support they can ask us to provide it instead. Our Floating Support staff work on a one to one basis with young people, and similar to our Housing Team, everyone has an agreed support plan.
Inside Out
- Leaving custody
Through our Inside Out project we have staff who are dedicated to helping young people to resettle after leaving custody.
St George's House
- Emergency accommodation
We run Bristol’s only emergency 24 hour accommodation for young people at St George’s House in central Bristol.
Upfront
- Peer education project
We train young people who have experienced homelessness to run workshops in schools and youth clubs about the realities of homelessness and do a bit of myth-busting. Its known as peer to peer education.
