Vision

"Independent People actively prevents youth homelessness and promotes a planned approach to independent living. By meeting young people’s needs every young person achieves a positive outcome as a result of contacting us."

Our Vision statement is one which we aspire to be able to say with out doubt. It is visionary because it may not be completely true right now - but rather something we are trying to achieve. Our Mission statements below that tell you what we are doing to achieve our Vision.

So for the next five years we will be concentrating our efforts on:  

• focus on improving services to 16-25 year olds
• become a well known and trusted service provider in Bristol and South Gloucestershire
• design systems and processes that have user involvement embedded
• continue to develop our services to offer young people useful all-round support 
• continue to strengthen our current operational and financial position
